Not sure if this would help you, but we do all that stuff in the evenings. Lunches are made and put in the fridge, bags are checked and packed and placed by the door with all their coats, hats, mittens, etc with them. Clothes are laid out the night before. The only thing I will do lunch wise in the AM is a thermos if they want soup or something hot. Otherwise I just stick an ice pack in the lunch bag and throw it in their back pack. We also get them up a little earlier (6:50) so that they are all ready before dc starts(7:30). Bus comes around 7:50. Once they are all ready, they can play on tablet or read until it's time to go.
I also stopped doing breakfast once I realized most of my kids were eating at home and not really hungry on arrival. That took away a lot of stress...
