            The Giving Tree is my #1 favorite book ever written. The Fall of the Freddie the Leaf is next. Hope for the Flowers is pretty awesome, too. But I can't get through those without crying lovethis

              Yes, the Giving Tree can definitely bring up the tears..

              I have bought hard copy editions of both Someday and Little Bears Little Boat for my future grandchild.
              (they both make me a little teary-eyed)

              ! There are no plans for grandbabies any time soon so my DH says it's just my way to buy more than one copy of a book and feel good about it. ::
