Actually, no. It was clearly used as an interjection used to express my disappointment at being the only one here capable of noticing the error of Blackcat's post.
A simple Google search of the word before trying to correct me would have saved you some embarrassment.
Here are the links in case you are having trouble:

oh goodness, this was so funny. you all forget
"3 members that try to hijack the thread to talk about unrelated topics"
"1 unregistered troll that posts something controversial and probably unrelated and then disappears from the rest of the conversation"
"1 person that suggest calling CPS. Doesn't matter the topic, someone will suggest it."- Flag

I'm seriously confused also... Mainly because I thought they were phasing out regular light bulbs and moving to those twirly energy efficient kinds. Wait, do we need to start a new topic for the new types of light bulbs??
Ok I'm confused again.... I wonder if the number breakdown would be the same for lighting a candle?
Not to mention birthday candles and twinkle Christmas lights...
Can someone check my spelling for flourescent and incandescent cause I think they are speeled wrong.

I would ask some more questions but I have to go thaw out the truck before I drive my kids to school. Gosh I hope nobody left the interior light bulbs on last night.
See? I can make a stupid post relevant simply by finding a way to put "light bulb " in the post- Flag

Probably we do because there are the twirly kind (flourescent?) and the regular kind (incandescent?) and then those fake candles. Now would they be considered light bulbs or candles?

Relevant thread: https://www.daycare.com/forum/showthread.php?t=30328
Here are some other links I found that are relevant to the child care profession which makes light bulbs relevant to this daycare forum.
*Sorry candle users. I see no mention of any acceptable forms of open flame that is suitable for use in a child care setting.- Flag
