I have my first home inspection tomorrow! If I pass would I get licensed right away or I have to continue to wait? I'm in California.

I'm in Southern California and it took maybe a week. Just FYI if you want to order cards or start advertising after u pass ur license number is ur facility number

I am in LA County. My analyst told me I could start with kids the next day because the license information would be in the system.

Yes you can. I had my first family signed on before I received my license in the mail.

My analyst brought a portable printer with her and after the inspection (which was only about 20 minutes if that), she printed my license out for me on the spot! I was allowed to have kids immediately. I'm also in Ca

I am not in California but it is my understanding that you cannot advertise in California unless you put your license (or facility) number on all advertising materials.

In CA, the license number will be the same as the facility number they assign to you. It's on all the correspondence they send to you regarding obtaining your license.

The day they come out for the home inspection, they print out a report on the spot. It serves as proof that you're licensed.
