Three Year Old Paying Her Own Daycare

Today, my favorite (yes, I said it) daycare family arrived. Mom has been writing bills while her three year old daughter watched.

Mom explains to her daughter that she pays me so DCG can come and play.

DCG disappears and comes back with her pockets bulging with change from her piggy bank. SHE wants to give me money!!!!!!!!!

She walked through the door this morning, hugged me and said "This is for you!!" and emptied her "life" savings into my hands.

I was close to tears at her generosity and willingness to give up her piggy bank so she can "play at my house".

The cash is safely in a baggie for Mom to take home....but boy I love that kid!!! Beautiful inside and out!
