Need Help with Wording

I am changing my payment due date, and am stuck on how to write it!

Right now I do Monday or the first day of care for the week. I want to change it to Fridays, in advance of care for the following week.

How do you ladies and gents word that? I feel like every time I write it out it sounds confusing!

Something like:

Dear Daycare Families

Beginning the week of August 1, 2016 tuition payments will be due on Friday's at pick up (or the last day of attendance for the week) verses being due on Mondays as it is currently.

Payment will still be prior to services provided.

Payment for the week of August 1st through August 5th will be due Friday, July 29th. Please adjust your calendars accordingly.
