    Remind Me - Interview Wording

I did a quick search but couldn't find what I'm looking for...

I have an opening beginning Sept 1 and want to let my waiting list know, and to start scheduling interviews. I could take 1 under-two or 2 over-two and would rather take the 2 over-two, so I want to meet with everyone and gauge their interest before deciding.

I'm having a mind block - how do I tell them that I'm interviewing them too and just because they want to enroll doesn't meant the spot is automatically theirs??

Scheduling interviews to find the best match for our group.
    Or something like that.

What Laundry said. And then after each interview close up with
"Thank you for coming. I've got a couple of more interviews to hold and then I'll make a decision. You can count on hearing back from me by (date)."

        I always send a follow up e-mail

"Thank you for your interest in ABC Child Care. It was nice meeting with you and your family today. I will follow up with the results of the interview process no later than Friday July 15, 2016 and let you know if the space will be available for you."

        or sometimes something like:

"Thank you for your interest in ABC Child Care. Once all the scheduled interviews have been completed I will contact everyone with updates as to whether or not the space has been filled."

          Thanks!!

I hate filling openings more than I hate root canals.
