I would do the ticket. It's something they have to fix on their end. My parents clicked to pay and the invoices said $0 and instead of their name it said they were logged in as....then it gave the name of the place they worked. I think some things migrated strangely.

I'm having this same issue. I had created two invoices for a client that likes to pay two weeks in advance and then I tried KK. Now they can't pay any invoices. I sent in a ticket Friday morning and have yet to hear from them- Flag
