Alcohol Based Hand Sanitizers

Is anyone familiar with Louisiana's Licensing Policy on the use of alcohol based hand sanitizers in a Class A Daycare? I saw a publication from the CDC that recommends hand sanitizers for influenza prevention, but I'm not sure if that included alcohol based ones.
