I feel like I need to have a conference with a set of parents . I need to word the request so that the dcm won't be offended . I just need to sit down and talk things over with both parents in regards to all the little things that I seem to be picky about ( like getting paid on time ) . Dcd already said he see things going downhill easily . So how can I word the request for a conference?
