Back in April we ordered new for he second story of our home. The contractor is here this week installing them, and let me tell you I am like a little kid with a brand new toy. My nursery is getting new windows, meaning I can soon paint and set up the crib and finally nest!

I was worried about how my babies would do with all the noise above them, and was dreading trying to nap them. Boy. Are they proving me wrong! They are all being angels today, and are napping better through all the noise then they normally nap when I keep things quiet. My contractor is shocked that so many babies have hardly made a peep today, and I have to say I am too! We even finished their fathers day gifts through all this commotion!

Funny how that happens, isn't it? When we first moved into our current house, we added a room so I could have a dedicated day care space. I was worried, at first, that the kids wouldn't be able to nap with all the noise but I experienced the same thing. The kids slept better than ever. Enjoy your new windows!
