At least I thought it was impossible. I have one opening right now. I wasn't terribly concerned about filling it, since it is promised to a newborn sibling in January. I have an ad in a local fb page, but I haven't bumped it in months. I've gotten a few calls, but when they hear that it is only until January, they aren't interested-and I understand.
Had an interview this morning for a newborn, and they want the spot! It is actually the son of some people we used to work with-casual friends. They said they wanted a place to give him a good start, where they knew he would be cared for and get plenty of attention. It's just part time, but even that works for me-just a little extra cash. I've had this opening since last September!!!
My last toddler moved to a mat a few weeks ago. I took down my crib last weekend! If I'd known that was the secret I would have taken it down months ago!
