Quick, I Need Bleach Solution!!!

I need the bleach solution for sanitizing toys. I thought I had it in my files but can't find it! Thanks!

1/2 cup to a gallon of water, but it if using less you have to decrease it.

1tsp/quart of water -bodily fluids
1tbsp/quart of water- food contact surfaces

I use my dishwasher for sanitizing toys though, but in a pinch I use solution 2.

Our state regs say 1/2 cup bleach per gallon of water.
