To all child care providers out there:
What you're doing is the most draining, most thankless, under respected, overwhelming, stressful, time-consuming, underpaid and under appreciated job out there. Our rules are constantly resisted, our homes get trashed, our own personal time and space gets violated. You invest your heart and soul, only to have it sometimes all trampled on.
Then you get out of bed to do it all over again the next day.

You have love, kindness, courage, hope, gentleness, and patience. You gain something each day from each child just as they will from you. Your children are lucky to have you in their lives. Keep smiling and know that you are making a difference in these little wonders.

So to all providers out there......thank you for all that you are and all that you give!!!lovethis
