    Template for Recording Training?

    I know that there are plenty of people more organized than I. Does anyone have a template that they use for recording their trainings that they've completed for the year? I have ADHD with OCD tendencies and like everything to look the SAME (I'm crazy, I know it!). I just wondered if anyone had a template that they used before I spent 2 hours trying to make the "perfect" one myself!
