I believe you aren't washing hands properly if you don't wet hands first. The CDC explains each step in the link.
    Very interesting! Thanks.

I use the foaming pump and mix Dr. Bronner's Castile liquid soap with water in it. Dr. Bronner's bottle says a LOT of stuff but not "Keep out of reach of children" so I don't have to worry about that issue with licensing or QRS.

I think it says everything BUT that . I love Dr Bronners. Makes for an interesting read while standing in the shower wasting water.

          Bath & Body Works

Love love love bath and body works foaming hand soap. They smell soooooooo good and the kids love washing their hands with it. They know to use only one pump. I buy it only on sale watch for the 10 for $30 (canadian price) recently went up to 10 for $35 or when they are on for $4 plus hit a 20%-30% off day. they don't cost much more then foaming hand soap from walmart plus they are a write off. I think I have about 18 of them stocked up at the moment . Definitely go for foaming, they won't waste as much or make as much of a soapy mess on the counter will it as they don't drip. I think the pump on them are easier for the kids to use as well.
