Help with Term Notice

Hello Providers,
I need help writing a term letter. I want to term effectively today. This child has not improved with behavior, explosive tandrums. I'm just done with dealing with it.

If you are licensed I would call them *today* and give them a heads up. Further I would wait until they've walked out your door to hand them the letter and tell them to read it - and then go back inside and shut/lock the door...
