Back in a PnP

I have a two year old I had to put back in a pnp because she does not believe in napping and would get off of her cot and go and wake up/disturb my other dck napping. Heres my question is it ok for me to put a blanket in there with her? if so what age is it ok to put blankets in a pnp with napping kids? Im in California. TIA

In my state (MN) we can us blankets etc any time after first birthday. No matter where they're sleeping.
