I would normally say that but the SA I am taking is the daughter of her good friend. I am caring for the SA younger sibling or I would have said no to her too

I'd say you have filled all of your school ager spots at this point but can let her know if anything changes.
The spots you have available you are CLEARLY waiting to fill with year round clients who are 5 and under. Sadly, her child just does not fit the requirements...
