I am re-working my contract/handbook and wanted to include a better potty training policy and a policy about kids and after day care activities (and parents expecting me to get them ready )

This is what I came up with:

After Day Care Activity: I understand your child may be enrolled in programs after child care hours. Due to the heightened supervision requirements of the afternoons, I am unable to assist with dressing, styling or any manner of getting the child ready for activities.

I was going to suggest them coming early, but I don't want them tying up my one dc bathroom either.

Add that should they need preparation for any activities it must be off site. They are welcome to pick up.child early should they need additional time at the venue to change their child.

Also include preparation for pictures or receiving children after pics. Clothing changes must be done off site.
