Help! My Physical For CCP Lapsed

Director didn't inform me my physical for clearance was due. Now it lapsed I need a reason for the state.

I don't know what to tell you for the state, but DH has to have a physical yearly to drive semi. I put it on my calendar two months before it is due so I can schedule the appointment. Another reminder a month before.

If it were me, I'd apologize for being out of compliance, schedule an appointment as quickly as possible and provide the state with the date of your appointment.
