    Policy Change Notice

    Here is what I was planning on handing out with my new contract / policy handbook .

    Does it sound ok ?

    This is a copy of my updated contract and policy handbook .
    Please read it over as there have been some changes .
    Sign and return by Friday February x, 2016

    New contracts and policies will go into effect Monday February x , 2016

    If you have any questions please ask and I can go over them with you .

        I do agree that it sounds great and is brief and to the point. If I could just make a suggestion (and this is purely a suggestion, as I do believe that it's not necessary but could be helpful to you and your clients).

        You may want to think about including a breakdown of which changes and additions you have made and page numbers especially if you are making a lot of changes or if the changes are to IMPORTANT policies.

        I dug up an example letter of what I'm talking about from when I changed major policies like hours, illness policies, vaccination policies etc.

        BUT like I said, your letter is great. I only suggest the itemized list and page numbers if your have "those clients" that might try the whole "I didn't see that". It just points out exactly which policies revisions you made and any new policies you added or removed

          I went as far as circling the changes and adding a sentence in the middle of a sentence offering a $25 discount if they showed me the sentence.

          2 out if 8 parents found it.
