So I am on the food program and one of the rules is that we have to enter meals on the same day.
Over the holiday I decided to have a wifi extender installed by my cable company. Long story short it took over a week to install. lots went wrong, rain played a huge part as its on the roof of my house.
well I called my rep, left her a voicemail and tell her that I was not going to have internet access for about a week.
so she said I can't make any claims during this time because rules state I have to input meals and attendance daily. She said I could use my phone, which I have no internet on either at that time so I was over my data plan and it takes about 45 minutes to claim 14 kids meals daily, I can't afford to run up my phone bill.
I am being told that I can not go back and enter the dates, they won't unlock it. Even thought I used a computer print out from MMKs and kept track of everything that way.
