I think I know what you all will say, but you always have better wording than I do. When a child who was trained fine starts having accidents again, how do you tell the parent that they need to go back to diapers? I actually have pull ups here for the child for nap time. Would it be too cowardly of me to just start putting her in those all day and wait until the parent brings it up? I have a feeling the parent will think I'm just being lazy, and I have trouble staying strong when trying to back up my policies.

Due to a few toileting accidents that have occurred over the last days, Janey will need to come to daycare in a Pull up. Because toileting accidents cause sanitary issues in child care she will need to remain in Pull up until she has been accident free for a full two weeks. When that occurs we will once again try wearing underwear without protection.
