Urgent Advice On an Issue with A Parent

I have had this one child for a year 3 days a week.. within that year dcm has been fighting for full placement of dcg. I have given her a statement for her lawyer on her character at drop off and pick up and how the child is taken care of as I see it. Now she is asking me for her agreement copied again and given to her, she has given all of my information to 2 lawyers and a judge.
Just yesterday she said she may not be returning after the 11th due to her giving her 2 weeks in at work and then today asking me for more information. I am very close to all of my dcp. How can I explain to her that I am not comfortable giving anymore information out and if she can please start asking me permission before she gives out any of information to anyone?

confused and upset about all of this... can someone help me please she will be here in about 1- 1 1/2

I would just tell her that I have already done all I can do and that I am not able to provide anymore for her.

I'm confused as to why there are lawyers and judges involved. Why? For what reason? You don't have to submit any paperwork for anything, tbh.

Unless they subpoena you, you don't have to give any info and even then only related to child's care while she was with you... since parent gave notice to quit why would they need anything else? Mom obviously won't be using you for care so giving her another copy of the contract just makes me think she's pulling the wool over someones eyes about working...

this....without a court order I would tell her that you will not be providing any further documentation.

thank you all for your help. It's not something I want or need to get into with her and the court system since something does seem fishy to me...... I did explain to her that I would give a statement of her start date and end date of daycare with myself if she decides she will not be sending her child here anymore. DCM was not happy but oh well.. right?!?!?

Makes me think my hunch was right... I use to serve subpoenas (along with other court papers) for a living before childcare; you would be surprised at what some of the people were trying to pull when it came to favoring them instead of the actual truth... some I even had to skip trace in order to find the actual person, it was crazy

I would tell her that from now on there will be a fee attached ($10-20 each) for any forms you need to fill out or extra copies of her daycare contract. I live in Canada and most doctors charge for forms. They do it to cover costs of the paper and costs of their time (filling out, printing, photocopying, etc). If they do it, then so should you. And tell her that you need at least 48 hours to complete the forms or print the documents.
