How was it? Other than cake I mean
What things did she look at? My rep is just getting off of a 6 week medical leave and will HOPEFULLY be getting to me this month (if I'm lucky) and I'd love any insight! I've been prepared since November and been not-so-patiently waiting for her to call me once she got off of leave and I'm starting to get paranoid that maybe I'm not as prepared as I think

And the inspection, well she came in, sat down and we talked. She walked through the house, didn't nitpick at all (like she could have noticed the ONE chip of paint I just noticed about 10 minutes before she got here. Then we went over her checklist, looked at some more things, talked some more, and then she left. She was really nice and it went really well!Comment
