How many kids can i accept

VA works on points; the points are based on kids ages. Also there are some areas that you can't do childcare at all unless the city/county okays it because their rules are stricter than state (Northern VA is a good example). I would suggest looking at state regulations & calling city first before doing anything

Yeah, NOVA has some of the strictest rules; I lived there & decided not to do childcare since it was such a short time I would be there
