I volunteer at a daycare and I ❤❤❤❤ my job, however this one girl really gets on my nerves badly and several other peoples because she doesn't celebrate halloween and she does nothing but continousily talks about stand tries to make us feel guilty because we do. Every year we have a harvest party and last year she refused to put the kids costumes on and has asked for the day off before. But this year she was put in another classroom. How do I ask her nicely to not rub it in?

If she objects to the holiday then she should take the day off, period.
If she doesn't take the day off then she is obligated to perform her assigned duties for the day which may include getting the kids in costumes. Refusing to do your assigned job is insubordination. Management should be stepping in and handling it.- Flag

In your first post you say you volunteer.
You don't get a paycheck then you don't work there. You have no obligation to do anything for this day care. You have no power to force other employees to do anything.
It sounds as if there's an illegal child care business going on here (volunteers forced to be employees, too many kids, etc)- Flag
