I have you ever heard or seen a small childcare center opened in a store front building??? is that even possible

Is there anyplace for an outdoor play area? Licensing is likely going to require outdoor play space.

Yes. I live in TX and I have seen it a few times even though it is rare. I did not see an outside play area but I am sure they can go to the park or maybe their are alternatives the state allows like indoor P.E. or something.

I have seen one or two . One of them had the outside play area in the front, gated off.
