My two DCGs are here mom is on nights this week. She is a nurse so they spend the night and go to school from here. The yr old had to go to the doctor this afternoon for her physical and got a flu shot no biggie. But since they got here every second I haven't had her mind on something she has been crying over her flu shot. She is in bed and has been crying for 15 minutes over it again. She keeps crying "but why did they have to give me a flu shot". It is going to be a long night. I could call mom, but really what is she supposed to do? Leave work because DCG thinks a flu shot is child abuse?

Maybe call mom and have HER tell dcg to knock it off now. Maybe dcg thinks if she whines long enough and loud enough, mom will come get her?

I think she finally went to sleep. She has never done this before, so I don't know what she thinks.
