Want To Open a Daycare in My Massachusetts Apartment

Hello everyone! My name is Nikki and I am 27 years old. Mother to an amazing 18 month old boy! I have been in the child care business since I was 15! I recently moved into a beautiful apartment with insane potential for being used as a daycare! And I've decided (with the consent of my landlord) that now is the time! My question(s) are, what do I do to get started? Any and all help is extremely appreciated! Thank you all in advance!
