How Long Does It Take For Membership Renewal to Activate After Payment

I renewed my daycare ad two-three days ago and it still doesn't come up on the search. I immediately received payment receipt via email on Sat. I can't contact daycare.com because my computer isn't set up for outlook and its the only way I can see to contact them.
Does anyone know how long until my ad renewal shows up? Anyone know of an alternative way to contact the administration?
