IL - Transition Plan - Anyone done one?

There is a bit of info in the DCFS rules, but I was wondering if anyone had experience writing the Transition Plan (allows you to be one child out of ratio age-wise, with a plan to get back in ratio within 6 months), in Illinois.
If you have, would you be willing to share so I can use it as an example?
    TIA!

You could ask your license two, but when I tried to ask for one, I was told nope. I had two daycare moms expecting at the same time too. I requested a 3 month variance and was told nope... But the one thing ive learned is that every license rep
    Is different. Good luck!

I've never done one but she's right- talk to your rep. Some will work with where others won't even consider it.
