    terming a friend?

Anyone ever had to term the child of a fairly good friend? I'm finding the prospect terrifying as I know it will be taken personally and be very hurtful to them. But continuing to allow this type of behavior is hurting my own children & my business as a whole. My heart hurts.

I did. Yes, it hurts on both sides for a while, but if they are truly friends, they will put it aside and move on. My advice is to word it so it sounds like you feel it is in the best interest of the child and don't bring anything personal into it. Strictly business. Deep breath. It will either work out or not, but either way you'll be better off.

If they really are a friend, they will understand this. Hugs! I know it isn't easy.

I love you and you are important to me. But I can't keep Susie any more. I hope our friendship is strong enough to accept that. Let me explain why......
