Working an infant into your schedule

At what age do you start working a baby into your groups general schedule? I know he needs more naps, although I am trying to get him to sleep at least part of the time that the other kids do (with success), but I'm wondering more about eating?

3 months which is when I take infants.
Bottle at breakfast followed by morning nap while the older kids and I do activities. Then babies wake up and we go outside. Then bottle at lunch followed by afternoon nap for everyone. Finally, bottle at snack.

This is pretty much my system, too.

Since mine often start at 6 weeks, I ease them into this somewhere around 3-4 months. Since by then they are already used to being put in a bed awake, on their back, they generally do pretty well.

With the exception of my last infant, whose mother was a thought she could blackmail into refunding money (not owed to her) by calling me in to licensing. Nice try...
