At what age do you start working a baby into your groups general schedule? I know he needs more naps, although I am trying to get him to sleep at least part of the time that the other kids do (with success), but I'm wondering more about eating?

3 months which is when I take infants.
Bottle at breakfast followed by morning nap while the older kids and I do activities. Then babies wake up and we go outside. Then bottle at lunch followed by afternoon nap for everyone. Finally, bottle at snack.- Flag

Since mine often start at 6 weeks, I ease them into this somewhere around 3-4 months. Since by then they are already used to being put in a bed awake, on their back, they generally do pretty well.
With the exception of my last infant, whose mother was a thought she could blackmail into refunding money (not owed to her) by calling me in to licensing. Nice try...- Flag
