I Remember When...

I put everyone down for naps at the same time and they were all out within 10 minutes. sigh

Today they were down at 12:20, 2 went to sleep at 12:30, 1 fell asleep at 12:45, another at 1:00, the last to fall asleep at 1:30, and 1 never fell asleep.
The ones asleep at 12:30 are now awake, and the others will be awake soon too. Grouchy lil bears I expect.

I used to look forward to quiet as a break for me to unwind but now I dread quiet time. It brings me the most stress of the day.

I remember when I placed 12 kids head to toe side by side and all went to sleep. Now the state has the 3 ft apart rule and some kids have to placed where they can't see ANYONE or they will not fall asleep:: I have those science boards I will place around if there is a non-sleeper that likes to wiggle.

How many of these kids have parents who make them nap? So many parents these days try to keep even the youngest toddlera awake so they can put them to bed extra early
