Does anyone know what will happen if you don't get all your class hours in for the year??

It depends. If it's discovered at an unannounced inspection but you're not up for renewal yet they will just write you up for it and expect you to get them done before renewal. If it's time for you to renew and you don't have them done you wouldn't meet the requirements for renewal so they would deny renewing your license until you had them done. They used to give us the full 2 years to get 24 training hours done now they want 12 done each year and I've heard they're cracking down on it.
