    Lock on water spigot?

Anyone have a lock on their water spigot? When I was a kid, my parents had ones with keyed handles, where the handle was removed after use. I haven't seen one like that since I was a kid. I am so tired of saying "shut off the water". It's not just the daycare kids, it's my own, too-they're all obsessed with water. They play in it every day, but seriously, my water bill was an extra $50 last month because they turn it on and walk away from it! Anyone have something that works great?

Yes, for outdoor spigots. That is the kind of thing I am talking about! I wish we had a Home Depot or Lowes closer to me! Thanks for the link-I'm going to check Amazon for that one.
