Estes park, colorado

I'm heading off to Estes Park in a little over a week to spend a week camping in the national park. We will be heading towards denver one day to get my eldest son from the airport and to go ziplining and then to the upper colorado one day to go white water rafting. Is anyone from this area? What's a must see/do/places to eat?
You all have me such awesome trips for my trip to California this winter and I feel like our trip wouldn't have been as awesome without the advice on where to go and what to do.

Do you ride horses? Rent a few horses and take a dinner ride up the mountain. My grandparents went to Estes every summer and that's one of my best memories

I've only rode horses in controlled situations but maybe they have a beginners horse riding course! Thank you for the idea, I will look in to it!
