    Filled Spots!

I posted a while back about changing my policies & charging for enrollment instead of attendance. I was also hoping to move to full time instead of so many part time kids. Well, all of my parents were understanding & only 1 family decided to go elsewhere. The group shifted a bit, but as of August 1 I will have all of my openings filled & only 1 part time kiddo. No more half day rates & no more mid day pick ups during nap time. I'm so excited!happyface

        ...

        Yeah !!!!

I dropped my half day option at Christmas, but I still had one parent here 14 hrs week (over 4 days)... it really was screwing up taking even another PT kid at a daily rate. I asked her if she would take the FT option if someone came along and wanted a FT position - she said no last month, but the FT I thought was signing didn't sign; last night same option she said no, the FT family signed & paid for all of August (I get monthly pay); PT mom was given 14 days notice - she essentially told me to go to hell & that her son wasn't coming back.

I do nothing but infant care and her son would have been leaving in 5 months anyway (18 months). I have 4 FT families now (my limit ).happyface
