I have a 2 year old dcg that has been with me for almost 6 months. She has never had a formed BM. It is always very loose or diarreah and most of the time greasy looking. By far the smelliest BM in a child I have cared for, it's very hard to describe. Is this cause for concern? Should I request that mom talk to her pediatrician about it? I have asked in the past and mom jokes and says that it's normal. But I'm not really sure.

Then I probably wouldn't worry about it. Unless it was constant blow outs or the child seemed lethargic, dark under eye circles, sickly, etc. it may just be how she poos.- Flag

I dislike when parents do this. Are kids incapable of using teeth now? It's just kind of weird, imo. And expensive. But to each their own.- Flag
