I can't find the post photo question

We had a discussion on here about putting a stamp on our online photos. I can't seem to search it out. But there were some sites mentioned where you can do it free. Picnik was mentioned I know but apparently they are closed down now. Anyone know a good site?

Try picmonkey. I think you can add text to a picture. Free, works online so no program to download.
