    Interviewing Sub

I need to find a new substitute caregiver. I've not had good luck with this at all. Do any of you have a process for interviewing and hiring a sub, forms, advice? If I don't find a competent and reliable sub before school starts in the fall, I may have to let most of the kids go or close all together. :/

I am sorry you are having difficulties in finding a sub. I've never really had to use one so I have no advice but maybe reading over NannyD's articles about hiring an assistant might have some info you can use.

Here is the link to her articles

Sorry, your search did not find any daycare or childcare listings. Please search again with your zip code instead.

Include a working interview portion. Seeing a potential sub in actions is crucial.
