Selling Logo Suggestions/Advice

Hi Everyone! It has been a while since I have been on here! I am signing on because I would love some advice... I closed my daycare two years ago but I still have my logo and website because I would like to sell it. Ive spent many hours planning and creating it and if someone else could benefit or use it that would be great, I would love to be compensated for my time and effort as well so it's not somehting I am giving away either. My logo is registered with USPTO so no one else would be able to have the rights or create the same or similar logo... so this would be perfect for someone who is planning on opening a daycare center and would like to have a chain going.. (that was my original plan) I will include everything like website, all files and forms, etc.

Any advice on what type of lawyer I would need? Where is the best place to advertise so I can get the most bang for my buck?

It looks like it's a contract sale. (like a car) You decide what it's worth, sell it, and transfer.

And . . .I love the logo!!! I would want it for my future center. :-)
