Ratio for slip-n-slide & water table

So the minimum standards here have 3 seperated water ratios,

Splashing/Wading Pool (under 2 ft)
Pools (over 2 feet)
Sprinkler Play

The slip-n-slide is not really a pool, and it only holds about an inch of water (and only in little areas) so what ratio would it fall under?

And what about the water table? That is closer to 5 or 6inches of water but it is off the ground.....do water tables even have a separate ratio?

I've always considered the slip n slide the same as sprinkler play. We don't have separate ratios for water table play in my state.
