I have seen some immunization shot policy. What is the reason for it? What is recommended?

I require a 48 hour exclusion after imms.
Reason: had a child have a seizure after getting 15 month imms.
NOT something I want to go through ever again
NOT a call I ever want to make to a parent ever again
NOT something I want to have to explain to the other kids ever again
Most my families get their child's imms done on Fridays.
48 hours has worked well for me for years not and I've never had a parent complain or disagree with it.
