    Yeah, I know . They have been with me almost 2 years now and their child has really grown on me. The parents have ups and downs, but do have problems questioning me when I enforce a policy. It's nothing I would term over though.

      I see what you're saying. Considering how much fight they give me over a few dollars I think the $5 is enough for them to be very very upset.

      Plus my memory is virtually non-existent. I have a drop in person that I give a different rate to every time . I can never remember what I told them last time. Consistency is key to my sanity ::.

        Do what I do, make yourself a cheat sheet. I also contract a drop in rate with drop in parents, keeps me from having rate issues.
