Contracted Hours - Late Pick Ups

These parents have no respect for you and your business. If a parent ever said I was being ridiculous for enforcing my policies, I would reply with an immediate term. I will never keep a disrespectful parent who thinks they can tell what to do in my own home. Some people are unbelievable!

Yeah, I know . They have been with me almost 2 years now and their child has really grown on me. The parents have ups and downs, but do have problems questioning me when I enforce a policy. It's nothing I would term over though.

You don't have to. That is the great part about having your own business. You can change your contract for whatever families you want or need to and leave the rest alone.

I see what you're saying. Considering how much fight they give me over a few dollars I think the $5 is enough for them to be very very upset.

Plus my memory is virtually non-existent. I have a drop in person that I give a different rate to every time . I can never remember what I told them last time. Consistency is key to my sanity ::.

Do what I do, make yourself a cheat sheet. I also contract a drop in rate with drop in parents, keeps me from having rate issues.
