Just curious is it common for a FCC to be a LLC?

I'm sure it is done, but most FCC are sole proprietorships. I've kicked around forming one, but I also run a craft business and teach CPR. Even with a brother who is a CPA/CFP who can help with setup and filing it would still be more of a headache than its worth in my case.

Here are some great articles about whether you should incorporate, become an LLC or remain a sole proprietorship.

Yea I just want a little bit more security if, God forbid anything happens, I won't lose everything.

I am an LLC. I just hired an accountant since i hired an employee I wanted help with payroll and taxes. I was getting overwhelmed and needed professional help.
