A Gaggle of Newbies

I have 4 new little ones starting this week. I am nervous about training so many new ones at the same time I have never had such a big turn over. Just happened two sets of siblings moved at the same time and I had to term one. One family seems amazing (kids start tomorrow). the other 2 families...need to be trained. Though I am still interviewing in case I need to replace one.

Just asking everyone to send me patient, joyful and understanding vibes. I was sweating by lunch today And new dcg (2y) is not even close to sleeping. I have so much to do with all this new admission paperwork. PLEASE go to sleep baby girl! And the 15m old, will be up any second This will be a high coffee intake couple weeks

The nice thing is that once you have them all "trained" you're set - no training one for 2 weeks, then another one starts and you've got to do it all over again.
