Did You Know You Can Get Free Replacement Parts For Games?

Just thought I should pass this along, because it was so cool! I got a great game at a tag sale this weekend--Bilingual Zingo! by Thinkfun games. But when we first played it, we found it was missing a few pieces. I went onto their website to see if I could get replacement pieces, and was pleased to see that I could, for only $5, including shipping. But then I noticed that they said they "work with teachers," and to contact customer service if you're a teacher. So I did, and they will send me the pieces for free! I also asked for replacement cars for our "Rush Hour" game. How cool is that?

I did that with monopoly. I purchased at goodwill. It was new looking with double set of yellow cards and no orange. Contacted them and they sent me a new deck.

I've got a couple nice wooden puzzles that are missing a piece. Do most companies send you something like that?
